The Small Roses Charitable Organization

Established in Aleppo on July 23, 2005

The organization aims at:

-         The early detection of disabilities.

-         The early intervention.

-         Rehabilitating individuals with handicaps and disabilities on the therapeutic level (physical, occupational, psychomotor and communicational) and the social, educational, and vocational levels through:

1.     Establishing centers which provide care and therapy for the

handicapped at an early age.

2.     Establishing rehabilitation centers for the special needs (internal

and external), and providing them with the most advanced learning materials and curricula besides providing a specialized education team.

3.     Establishing vocational rehabilitation centers to enable

individuals with special needs to earn their own living in safe workshops or through private business.

4.     Training volunteers and employees to work in the care and   

Rehabilitation of the special needs.

5.     Working towards holding social and entertaining activities;

sports, music, camping, ..etc.

6.     Raising the level of awareness in the society  towards

empowering the issue of disability and guiding individuals

with disabilities and their families to the best preventative and care practices through employing the mass media including lectures, workshops, movies, brochures about disabilities and exhibitions. 

-         The cooperation with the similar communities and organizations in the advanced countries for the purpose of supporting the Organization through equipments, experts, assistive devices, educational curricula after the getting the approval by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the concerned parties.
